What our clients say about working with us, published in full and unedited from our Google Business Profile.
Reviews from the businesses we work with
Every Houston & Ko review on this page was left by a client on our Google Business Profile. We have not edited them, selected favourable ones, or written any of them ourselves. You can read them in their original place on Google using the link below.
Most of our work comes through referral, so what clients say about working with us matters more than anything we could write about ourselves. If you are weighing up whether to work with us, this is the most useful page on the site.
Highly recommend working with Paula and Claire. They truly understand the human aspect of outsourcing and have a rare knack for matching freelancers to tasks perfectly. They find people who actually care about your mission and share your mindset. The quality of work is consistently top-notch.

Brilliant Service, only pre-selected and highly qualified professional freelancers in their portfolio, very happy about collaboration with Paula and Claire!

Working with Houston & Ko, in our case Claire and Lucila, has been a delightful experience. They design our complex and (sometimes) chart-heavy reports, and the team is not only great to work with but also solution-oriented, fast, and creative with an eye for detail. If you are looking for expertise freelancers to support your team - this is the place to go to!

From day one, their team has been incredibly flexible, creative, and solution-oriented! Thank you for your fantastic work!

Schnell, gezielt, freundlich und flexibel. 100% zufrieden. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich wollte eine Visualisierung erstellen. Sie haben gute Fragen gestellt, tolle Vorschläge von Freelancern gebracht und das Endresultat der Freelancerin war super.

Book a callQuestions about our reviews
Are these Houston & Ko reviews genuine?
Yes. Every review on this page was left independently by a client on our Google Business Profile, where it remains publicly visible. We cannot edit or delete them. The page links straight to Google so you can check them at the source.
Why are the reviews shown here as well as on Google?
Google keeps review content inside its own Business Profile system, where search engines and AI assistants cannot always read it. Publishing the text here means anyone researching us, whether through a search engine or an AI assistant, can find what clients actually said.
Do you only show the positive reviews?
No. Every review we have received is shown here, in full and unedited. If that changes, this page will still show all of them.
How can I leave a review?
If you have worked with us, you can leave a review on our Google Business Profile. It takes a couple of minutes and helps other businesses decide whether we are a good fit for them.
